プライバシーポリシー（個人情報の取り扱い）
ごはいりょ（以下「本アプリ」）は、写真に写り込んだ人物の顔をぼかし・モザイク・スタンプで隠すためのアプリです。開発者は、利用者のプライバシーを最大限に尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが個人情報をどのように扱うかを定めるものです。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、利用者のいかなる個人情報も収集しません。氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・端末識別子・利用状況などを取得することはありません。アカウント登録も不要です。
2. 写真へのアクセス
- 本アプリは、利用者が編集する写真を選ぶために、端末の写真ライブラリへのアクセス許可を求めます。
- アクセスした写真は端末内でのみ処理され、外部のサーバーや開発者に送信されることは一切ありません。
- 顔の検出・ぼかし・モザイク・スタンプなどの加工は、すべてお使いの端末内で完結します。
- 編集した写真は、利用者が「保存」または「共有」を選んだ場合にのみ、端末の写真ライブラリへの保存や、利用者が選んだ共有先へ渡されます。
3. 「覚えた人」機能と顔データ(Face Data)の取り扱い
- 本アプリは、写真内の顔を見つける「顔検出」と、任意で使える「覚える」機能で特定の顔を識別する「顔認識」を行います。これらの処理はすべてお使いの端末内で完結します。
- 作成される顔データ: 「覚える」を使うと、その顔の特徴を表す数値データ(特徴量ベクトル)と小さなサムネイル画像が作られます。生の顔写真そのものを外部に送ることはありません。
- 利用目的: 次回以降、その人物を自動で見分けて選ぶためだけに使います。他の目的には利用しません。
- 保存場所: これらの顔データはお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者や外部サーバーに送信・収集されることは一切ありません。
- 第三者提供・共有: いかなる第三者にも提供・開示・共有しません。
- 保持期間・削除: 端末内に保存され、利用者がアプリ内の管理画面でその人物を削除するか、アプリを削除した時点で消去されます。開発者が顔データを受け取る・保持することはありません。
- 顔検出のみで生じる一時的なデータ(写真内の顔の位置など)も端末内で処理され、外部に出ることはありません。
4. 外部送信・第三者提供・トラッキング
本アプリは、外部へのデータ送信、第三者への情報提供、広告、アクセス解析、トラッキングのいずれも行いません。
5. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは個人情報を一切収集しないため、年齢を問わず安全にご利用いただけます。
6. 改定
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定後の内容は、このページへの掲載をもって効力を生じます。
Privacy Policy
GoHairyo (the "App") lets you hide the faces of people who appear in your photos using blur, mosaic, or stickers. The developer deeply respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles personal information.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not collect any personal information. It does not obtain your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or usage data. No account or sign-up is required.
2. Access to Photos
- The App requests permission to access your photo library so you can choose photos to edit.
- Accessed photos are processed entirely on your device and are never transmitted to any external server or to the developer.
- All processing — face detection, blur, mosaic, and stickers — happens entirely on your device.
- Edited photos leave the App only when you choose to save them to your photo library or share them to a destination you pick.
3. The "Remembered People" Feature and Face Data
- The App performs face detection (to locate faces in a photo) and, via the optional "Remember" feature, face recognition (to identify specific people). All of this processing happens entirely on your device.
- Face data created: When you use "Remember," the App creates a numeric face feature vector (an embedding) and a small thumbnail image of that face. No raw face photo is sent anywhere.
- Purpose: Used solely to automatically recognize and select that person in your own future photos. It is not used for any other purpose.
- Storage: This face data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to, or collected by, the developer or any external server.
- Sharing / disclosure: Never shared with, disclosed to, or sold to any third party.
- Retention & deletion: Kept only on your device until you delete the person in the App's management screen, or delete the App. The developer never receives or retains any face data.
- Temporary data from face detection alone (such as the position of faces in a photo) is also processed on-device and never leaves your device.
4. No Transmission, Sharing, or Tracking
The App does not transmit data externally, share information with third parties, serve ads, run analytics, or track you.
5. Children's Privacy
Because the App collects no personal information, it is safe to use for all ages.
6. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as needed. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
